Personal Information Collection Statement
This is a statement to notify you of your rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“Ordinance”).
A. Purposes of Collection
- i-Brilli (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”) will request you to provide us with your personal data including but not limited to, your name, gender, date of birth, nationality, family status, business title, home and/or office address, telephone number, fax number, email address, etc. for purposes of handling your enquiry or request, as well as rendering services as agreed between you and us.
- Your personal data in your enquiry, and/or any supporting document, will only be disclosed or transferred to parties relevant and necessary for purposes as stated in 1 above.
- The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, if you fail to provide sufficient information as requested by us, we may not be able to handle your enquiry or request and provide necessary assistance to you. If you are under the age of 18, please obtain the consent from your parent or guardian before your providing us with any of your personal data.
B. Protection of Personal Data
- All personal data will be kept in strict confidence.
- As and when necessary, we may use your personal data for compiling statistics for purposes of our research and projects related to our business. However, such personal data collected about you will not be disclosed by us and/or our affiliated companies to any other party in a form that would identify you unless it is required by law.
C. Access to Personal Data
- You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data provided to us in accordance with the Ordinance.
- You can make a request to us for access to, obtaining a copy and correction of your personal data in writing. Your request shall be submitted to our Personal Data Officer dataprivacy@i-brilli.com .
D. Direct Marketing
- We and/or our affiliated companies may send you marketing and promotional information from time to time.
- If you do not wish to receive any marketing and promotional information from us and/or your personal data to be used in direct marketing, please send us an email to our Personal Data Officer dataprivacy@i-brilli.com .
